Staffan kept repeating to himself as he fix his tie. Sure things with Ivonne had not worked out. She was still worry about that brat Tommy. When she should have been thanking him for saving her son. He had suggested putting Tommy in a clinic to solve the problem. But she went all hysterical.
"You never cared about my son!"
Staffan was just been practical. Instead of been glad, women he just didn't understand them. Tonight thought it was about celebrating. A lot of things. He had gotten a promotion, his former colleague Karin had been sent into an early retirement. Ha, it was her on doing for coming up with her supernatural theory. What a joke to go that way. Were was the prestige?
Not him. Staffan would retired with all the honors one day. Anyways it was a long way for that to come.
Now he had to get ready for his date. He was dating Marlene. Things were going all right. Tonight was his night. He checked himself in the mirror. He smiled and repeated once the same phrase to himself.
