Re: LMI's biggest mistake

I think Foreign countries and their film industry should embrace American remakes. It's another way to generate revenues, and help their film industry's survival. the money they get from Hollywood they should use to fund new projects. no shame in that. http://www.spectator.co.uk/arts-and-culture/fil...

LMI's biggest mistake

if the producers insisted on doing this remake...

was not getting JAL or Alfredson on board with the project. We knew Alfredson hated the idea, so they should have tried hard to get JAL to work with reeves on the remake. It could have prevented some of the hate and anger from the start.

Re: Predictions on LTROI's Epilogue

I have no idea. We also have editrices comment: Well, I've read it. And I won't tell you anything about it. :P However, I can say that for me it didn't destroy the magic of the novel itself one bit. and another comment from johnajvide: My love for LTROI is unflinching. It was my first, it was my ow...

Re: Predictions on LTROI's Epilogue

John has complicated this somewhat, from his post three months ago about the epilogue Let the Old Dream Die: But be prepared: Oskar and Eli are two very minor characters in that story. But we do get a slightly different view of what happened in Blackeberg in 1981, and what happened afterwards. Enou...
