UPDATE: I received the disc in the mail this morning. Not bad, only about 10 days from the order date. Nothing but good news to report. Just as Jameron stated, although it is labeled a Region B, it plays just fine in my Sony BDP BX37 here in the USA! Also, I really enjoyed the commentary by the writ...

The essential John and Tomas commentary appears on UK release of the Blu-ray disc. This is the one I own and it plays perfectly in US players. They are available everywhere on internet.
