Amazon UK says my copy should arrive November first. I can't track the package so I'm just going to stop in this weekend and see if maybe it came early.
It should be quite a change of pace to go from Moby Dick to this but I'm looking forward to it.

I found it to be such a shame that this wasn't included in either of the film versions.
I suppose it would have killed the ambiguity, especially for the original but I still think it would have been nice to see anyway.
