Totally new concept!!
Absolute annihilation of 3 liters of anything would amount to an unbelievable quantity of energy!!
I do not think I would like to be in the city where that happens.
Can't seem to find how much mass is converted into energy in a nuclear explosion, but I am guessing a lot less than 3 liters worth!!!

I've decided to run away with a friend, and I fear I won't be coming back.

"I...sort of...sparkle."

Edward shifts his feet uncomfortably, looks around.
"I...I sparkle".
Eli falls to the ground, erupting in violent bursts of laughter.
