I Love Lucio Fulci, an underrated Italian Director.

Take a look to this scene

Oh wow.

That cat scene actually made the Swedish cat scene look good.

Fulci was great. "Demonia" is not one of his better films...
Few really good ones that I'd recommend are:
The Beyond (...E tu vivrai nel terrore! L'aldilà)
The House by the Cemetery ( Quella villa accanto al cimitero)
Don't Torture a Duckling ( Non si sevizia un paperino)
Lizard in a Woman's Skin (Una lucertola con la pelle di donna)

There's nobody like Lucio Fulci out there today. He was one of a kind.

Bloody eyes are such an effective combo for horror. Omen 2 used it and it freaked me out for awhile when I was younger.

This reminds me of a line from Mystery Science Theater :ugeek:
What a horrible way to die, killed by a plush toy.

I'll break open the story and tell you what is there. Then, like the others that have fallen out onto the sand, I will finish with it, and the wind will take it away.

"HORROR EXPRESS"(1972)

Bleeding eyes is a staple of horror/fantasy cinema...It's an easy effect and looks really cool! :)

Yes, its a low budget movie indeed, without post production or digital effects, and Italians cats are more relaxed than the Swedish Kittens, they seemed did not participate too much at the scene! :)
