I'd have to agree w/Nightrider a bit. As we share a city, some people can only assume you like something if theres a "thing" to like about it. Not that you may just love the story. Its easy to tell someone, "I love this movie!" then have them stuck on one thing, one scene, questionable or not, and use hat to define you. Its silly, I know, but, unair? definitely, but what happens.
i was fortunate enough to be able to share the book w/ one of my closest friends. We're talkin' about 16 yrs here and i enjoyed it. I then showed him the movie, which he also enjoyed. his indulgence didnt go much further and i actually had to chill out talkin to him about it all the time. ( sideways glances i'd get) but he still understood why i enjoyed it.
so. If your friend liked LMI, though they are different, id hope to say a little nudity wont bother them. im shocked almost eevry time i see skin regardless of the movie or show. i just dont take it for more than what it was. hopefully your friend is the same

I think you should just let her watch the movie and let her come to her own conclusions. Maybe she won't even notice the scene. I don't think a movie should only be based on one scene.

I don't know if this will help, but the shot is only of a mannequin. Yes, it portrays nudity, but it's not actual nudity. I would have been EXTREMELY uncomfortable otherwise, since physical modesty is very important to me.
