Almost... but no via Skype, but via MSN. Apparently not everyone can access Skype, and also several of us don't have a mic... so MSN seems like the best option to instant message each other. The idea is to create a chat room in MSN and chat away while we watch the movie simultaneously :D

option #3 for me

I'm not a big fan of a voice chat.
I mean it's a fine thing if you do it with a 3,4 or 5 dudes but it becomes quite impractical if a dozen or 20 people try to use it. It just doesn't work.

This should work then.

OK so it is MSN, and probably #3 by the way it is looking. How would MSN work. I've never used MSN messenger or Yahoo messenger or any of that. Do I have to sign up for it, or just....What?

Another option would be for each of us to be watching the film on our computers or on our TVs, while posting comments here at the forum on a thread set up for the occasion. The thread could be in this section and be titled something like "Watching LTROI Together." You might have to wait a minute or two if there are multiple posts at once, and you'd have to wait two minutes between your own posts, but it would work, yes? And everyone already has access, so there's no downloading new software, etc. Just a thought.

OK. Now i'm confused. Isn't that what we were going to do? Watching our copies of the movie on our computers... Is there another way ?

I believe N.R. was referring to how we communicate while watching LTROI on our computers... :ugeek:

Either #3 or #1 is good.

I'm in at option #1 or #3. How do you use MSN? I've never used it, believe it or not. :?:

Probably #3
Hopefully in the end there will be a coherent step by step set of directions on where, when and how it all going to happen.
