Who was singing before Oskar hit Conny?
In the scene before Oskar hit Conny, there is a weird moment where the boys are just looking at Oskar nodding and there is a weird little kids voice singing. Was it the little kids (it didn't look like there mouth was moving), the littlest bully or something inserted in the soundtrack?

I am of the opinion that they are auditory hallucinations on Oskar's part. But, there are possible "real" reasons for the odd high pitched taunts available from the director in each case, so it could be the lower grade school kids singing elsewhere on the ice. When Oskar has his corduroys dumped in the urinal there are low taunts from an unseen source, Thomas or not? Etc.

It throws things off in the scene and is out of place, like when Luke Skywalker goes into the dark tree cave and he "meets" and "fights" Darth Vader. I always thought it was the short blond kid singing closed mouth. It's the only thing I could come up with so my brain could process it.

Oh yeh!! That!! A few moments I was like.. What had I missed? But then I remembered..
"Lilla grisen vakta dig.. "(Little piggy beware) and something I have no idea how to write in swedish, but the sentence continues with: Or else we'll take.. And then it is cut off by the kids.. smaller kids pointng at something.. Yeh.. He sings, inside his mouth. I have actually tried doing that, after seing LTROI. I guess it might have been one of the actors skills.. And they put it in. I did not make it..

It is indeed the smallest bully singing inside his mouth. I'm not good at it, but I know a little girl who is. She yells, "Daddy, daddy! Help me, I'm stuck in the closet!" It's adorable You pretty much yell with your mouth closed, your cheeks puff out and a small opening is created between your lips, giving the impression that the yelling or singing is coming from someone who is in another room or something.
I'm not sure where I read it, but I hear the boy had the skill and was allowed by the director and/or JAL to use it. I think it was here or on IMDB.

Wasn't it the two little kids? They are shown immediately after the song cuts off with "or I'll get you...", and then one of the little kids points and says, "Look!"

Yeah it i Andreas you can see his lips moving in this scene http://movieclips.com/xQJ3-let-the-righ ... ghts-back/, I also do not believe it would be the little kids because Oskar's bullies are notorious for calling him piggy it would be a huge coincidence if one of the little kids just so happened to call the other one piggy.
