What does everyone think of a 3D release of LTROI? - Not saying its happening...
Just curious if you would like to see such a release. Do you think it would work or not?
I'm working on editing a few scenes into 3D for a fan video. If someone is kind enough to tell me how I upload an image here then I can show you an example (but I can't work out how to share an image

I click image when I post and get an <img> but that's it

)

Go to abload.de and upload the image there. Then when you have the url use the code below as reference.
Code: Select all

You cannot upload images directly to this site/forum. You need to upload them to a public repository, for instance the one CyberGhostface suggested, and then post here with a link to the image in the repository.
The easiest way to add an image link to a posting is thus:
- Paste the url/link to your image into your posting text where you want the image to appear.
- Select/mark the url text.
- Click the image link icon (the one with a stylised mountain) above the text input area.

Thanks all

I understand the process now lol.
This is one of the scenes I'm converting to 3D (not sure if I would be allowed to convert the entire movie without permission).
I'll post the videos when I finish them - it's slow progress for fun to do. It looks pretty cool when played on TV with 3D glasses

Durn. My 3D glasses didn't make it when I moved.
Good work though. Keep it up.

Thanks all

Making progress - slow work but want it to look right (I'll let you all know when to buy some 3D glasses lol).
I'm surprised there hasn't been a directors cut or 3D release of LTROI for the anniversary but could still happen one day...
PS.... sorry for the late reply, I somehow managed to forget my password lol

I don’t think there will ever be a different cut of the film but I am surprised there hasn’t been something like a Criterion release with more special features.
