This is rather disappointing.
Please also remember that the postage is quite high. I helped a friend in the US get a copy and the postage alone was about $20-$25.

Ah, I didn't know that Bokus was also offering this edition. Unfortunately, while they offer shipping to Canada they do not appear to offer shipping to the US.
