Then reduce "ever after" to a few years and add a sunrise at the end (But don't ever quote Kurt Cobain :lol: ).

Well I think that maybe they both die and get reincarnated and meet again. Or Oskar and Eli say goodbye to each other at the train station and Oskar goes back with his mom. As long as they reach a happy ending.

As I said, I usually don't like the idea of fanfic. Initially, I wanted to bring the story to an end that might allow me to eventually forget about Oskar and Eli. However, by now I really don't want to forget anymore. And I certainly won't, not with Eli's pearl of wisdom staring at me from my forearms each morning :lol: .
