34/40 (88%)
Although there are some real trick questions there I noticed...For instance, Hakan's death...the answer is "Jumped from a ledge"...but yet doesn't that kind of contradict itself...considering Hakan's 2nd half of the book and his events with Tommy??? So that one threw me for a loop and tricked me. I went Murdered because isn't that really how the eventual demise of Hakan plays out???
I also got the perspective wrong, I thought it was a cat, but nope its that pesky Squirrel...the one when Hakan returns from the dead...starts Part 3 I think from memory...that one threw me for a loop. Same goes for the Broken Tooth, I instinctively put down "Tripped and fell on a rock"
Also I went 34 days, close it was 23. Also the painting on Oskar's wall threw me for a loop. I'm used to that Mural of the Forest that Film Oskar has and I instantly checked that answer...probably should go back and refresh on the book

That was a fun quiz. I got a 95%/ 38 of 40.
I missed these 2:
Question 4:
What did Oskar tell his mother he broke his tooth on when staying with his father?
This one I really had no recollection of and is the only one I had to guess at.
Question 35:
Does Eli kill all her victims?
I thought 35 was a tricky question because Håkan isn't really dead.
Snälla snälla snälla var inte rädd för mig.

Also, Eli does not kill Virginia.
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.

I really should scrutinise the boards more carefully - this one slipped by me.
37 out of 40 - not bad and I'm in good company

(and I didn't read the spoilers till afterward).

I got 36/40. So not as good as some of the fans, but almost as good as the author...

37 out of 40...at least I tied with JAL. But surely a couple questions were faulty. the only one I really felt tripped me up was the question about Oskar's chipped tooth while at his father's house. I didn't remember that at all.

36/40
Only question that I was totaly clueless about was the number of days that the story spanned
... she looks like a kid who has just been overindulgent with chocolate cake or a messy candy bar...
I could just picture Arnold planting a bloody kiss on Oskar telling him "I'll be back."
