Glad to "see" you yet again, Master John. And I am equally glad that life is treating you and yours well. Have a great time down in the land of cigars and old cars. And be sure to spread the Infection while you're there. (Even Cuban doctors can't cure that!) LOL

Well, given that John first plans to write "The Kindness" and then "The Value" before he just might return to Oskar and Eli, you shouldn't hope for a very near future. And don't forget the translation lag - "I Always Find You", which was published in English this year, has been available in Swedish since 2015...

Now, I have previously expressed my scepticism towards sequels, but if John feels that he can announce this one at such an early stage, I have to assume that he has a very good idea for it. I just hope that this sequel will not reflect back on the original in a detrimental way, like so many sequels unfortunately do.
But from the beginning Eli was just Eli. Nothing. Anything. And he is still a mystery to me. John Ajvide Lindqvist

The sequel to Rosemary's Baby was terrible, Lol.
No doubt (to me) that a prequel to LTROI is far more interesting, explore Eli's past.

So far, I'll be happy with a spanish translation for LITTLE STAR. John, Merry Christmas, if you read this comment, grab your editor balls and make it possible (not sure how book publishing works, actually)

I'm really grateful for this year for discovering the genius of John Lindqvist.
I wish you, John, all the best in the upcoming year and would be looking forward to hearing more about your new projects.
Warm greetings from Russia!

I actually also have the embryo for a proper follow-up to Let the right one in, not a short story but a full novel.... But after that I just might return to Oskar and Eli, in the present day. We´ll see.
By the gods, it's happening. I never thought this day would come.
Happy holidays to all, even though it is over now.
