How long will we stay infected?

You joined 24 months before I did. Your post here is the same month I first saw LTROI. Sooo...I've been infected for 8 months. Is that possible? I'm still as enthusiastic as I was after the first viewing, and LTROI seems just as fresh and compelling as it was then. The infection has just become deeper. It is odd--I do not normally perceive time as passing quickly. When I look back on a year, it seems longer than a year. I never think, where has the time gone? I feel as though each day/week/month/year is full.

And yet, with LTROI, it seems as though no time has passed since the first viewing.

Yeah, it feels kind of spooky like that. Well, if I've blundered into a kind of space-time anomaly, I couldn't find a better bunch of guys and gals to share it with.

I think last year at this time i saw LOTRI again for the first time after i forgot about it since 2010
And... oh boy, it got me...

Don't see my love for it going away anytime soon. I can't say if it will stay my 'favorite film' forever but it'll definitely have a place in my heart. Plus I think Lindqvist's continued writings will renew my interest as time goes on.

Well, I became infected the middle of March, 2013. It's not the 14 months that gets my attention; it's how much I think about LTROI every day and how strongly I feel about Oskar, Eli, and all of the other players. And the sound track. And visually. Yesterday I watched a lot of it with the sound off. Some time back, I listened to a lot of it with the screen minimized. Whoa, I heard a lot of new stuff that way. What I'm saying is, I don't think I can exhaust everything there is to see, hear, and feel about the film.
