Oskar had kissed someone before Eli?

He not shown inexperience in first kiss with Eli, he apparently knew making.
And in the story he not shown signal that this was his first kiss.
Oskar would have had any little girlfriend before Eli?

If you mean kissing a "girlfriend," the novel doesn't say, but he clearly thought the hug was a big deal, which leads me to believe that the kiss was his first as well.

I like how he turns down Eli's firat offer to kiss. It suggests a kind of childish innocence.

Furthermore, strictly speaking Oskar didn't kiss Eli, neither in the novel nor in the film.
He was kissed by Eli.

He might have been kissed by his mother before, but otherwise yes.

While Eli on the other hand had experience, and that mess me up. Because he sure didn't get that experience from another child!

Since Eli's kisses vis-à-vis Oskar in the novel always include mental transfer, an interesting question would be how he learnt that he had this ability. He met only two other vampires in his life - did he learn it from one of them? Or didn't he have to learn, because he instinctively understood it? It also seems that he already had perfected this skill when he kissed Oskar the first time. When did he practise? On whom? For what purpose?

If the skill was taught to him, then the vampire lord is one who comes to mind. Eli's reflection of the only other that he had met, the woman, was too short.

If he figured it out himself, then that's an interesting story right there!

Well, we all somehow figured out how to kiss, didn't we? Hello. Plus we played "Spin the Bottle" and "Post Office" at kid parties while we were not yet out of middle school. The kissing back then was more like Eli kissing Oskar in the film. It seems to me that Eli just mashed her closed lips against his. For my set, wet kisses definitely did not start until high school.
