Difficult to say for certain. But I would say that Walt Disney wouldn't have touched it in his heyday.the_value_of_x wrote:This is a fantastic find. I wonder what Lina's role will be like?
New film features Lina Leandersson.

Yeah, I see its her now. Never thought I'd ever see Eli in a scene like that.can't be certain, but a second or two later, a couple of young people are shown in bed, and I believe the girl was Lina.

That might have been Lina, but it wasn't Eli.CyberGhostface wrote:Yeah, I see its her now. Never thought I'd ever see Eli in a scene like that.can't be certain, but a second or two later, a couple of young people are shown in bed, and I believe the girl was Lina.

Yeah, I know that. It's just how I'm familiar with Lina. Like when I first saw Dexter, it was a bit weird for me seeing David Fisher cutting people up.

That does look like Lina, but you can't really tell (if you can't see her nose.)
Sorry Lina
I was going to post a picture but I thought better of it. Don't want any more of those nasty warnings.

The image I ripped, cropped and posted is the Lina I like to see. You're right, I can't be as sure about the following scene, but I also care less. Smiling Lina, have you ever seen anything more beautiful in your whole life?Ash wrote:That does look like Lina, but you can't really tell (if you can't see her nose.)Sorry Lina

The boy in bed seems to the same one exchanging smiles with Lina in the previous scene - judging by his hair and the stud earring.
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.

Thanks for the info!

What a captivating smile, just like when Oscar opened the door before he didn’t invite her in (the “Eli bleeds” scene).
